We perform visual and intrusive surveys to find the cause of issues you may be experiencing, this can be in the form of Drone surveys or platform access surveys to establish the overall health of the building or area that requires work.
Our service includes a detailed condition report highlighting any primary safety concerns or areas requiring immediate attention or further investigation.
Most importantly we give an impartial breakdown of the information and a plan of action for remedial works or ongoing maintenance needs for the upkeep of the building to suit your needs.
Don't worry if you have access issues or are seeking a report for a structure 50 meters tall, we have stonemasons and conservators with specialist IRATA rope access training for when we can't use regular means of access or we can deploy a drone.

DRONE SURVEY
We can carry out a drone survey on your property to assess the visual condition of the stone work or any area that may require additional attention normally in areas that can be difficult to reach and view without the use of platforms or MEWPS which can costly costly to hire in certain circumstances.
